I've built a successful career with top companies like Monsanto, AXA, Paychex, and Ceridian, but nothing compares to the thrill of running my own business with my wife. We owned a thriving Edible Arrangements franchise for twenty years, achieving tremendous success.

We grew Edible into a $29 million enterprise, pioneering the Michigan market's first store and expanding to four locations. In 2010, we launched Waymakers Solutions, a business development platform focused on payroll and employee engagement for businesses and non-profits. It's been a huge triumph, forging lasting relationships with clients who've become close friends.

I co-founded Thirty2Give in 2018, a mobile platform that enhances communication and leadership in organizations. We've partnered with a major Michigan university and other groups, yielding outstanding results: increased alumni participation, identifying and mentoring new leaders, and supporting mental health.

In 2024, I'm poised for an exciting new chapter, consulting with start-ups, non-profits, and franchise owners to optimize their business development. I'll help them cut administrative costs and better understand their financials to drive growth. To meet rising demand, I've expanded our platform's offerings.
